How do you source your spices?
We source directly from smallholder farmers across South Asia, paying them an average of 6x the industry standard to ensure the highest quality and fair living wages.
Are your products organic?
While not all our partner farms hold international organic certification, they all practice regenerative agriculture and chemical-free farming to ensure the purest flavor and soil health.
What is the shelf life of your spices?
Our spices are harvest-fresh and generally stay potent for 12 to 18 months. We recommend storing them in a cool, dark place to maintain their essential oils and vibrant color.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while international orders may take 2-3 weeks depending on customs.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
